After four days on the shakes and the bars I have to say, I feel really good within myself. The cravings seem to have gone and I am not feeling hungry at all.
For example, I fell asleep early last night so I missed out on my last snack. When I woke up this morning I didn’t feel one bit hungry and just nibbled on some cheese. It is now almost lunch time and I literally have to make myself drink the shake so that I don’t skip breakfast 🙂
The headaches have still not come and the feeling of having a cold is gone too. So all in all things are pretty cool. The best thing though was when I weighed myself this morning and saw that I lost 6 lbs so far! If that isn’t motivation then I don’t know what is. It will certainly help me to live through Sunday dinner at Mr.W’s house tomorrow. I will be a good girl and just have meat and veg and maybe a bit of gravy.
Another thing that really has motivated me, was when I saw on my ticker that it only took 3 kg for my BMI to drop by one point. So things are really moving into the right direction.
